Artichoke, Caper and Pesto Pizza with Roasted Garlic Chèvre


  • 1 12-14” pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • ½ cup pesto
  • 4 oz Amazing Acres Roasted Garlic Chèvre
  • ½ cup artichoke hearts, sliced
  • ½ cup cooked chicken breast, cut into 1/2” cubes (optional)
  • Hot pepper flakes, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp capers


If using fresh dough, preheat oven to 550°F. (If using a store bought crust, follow the baking instructions on package.)

Spread pesto evenly over crust. Top with crumbled chèvre, followed by artichoke hearts, capers, chicken and red pepper flakes. Bake for 9 minutes or until cheese is melted and is just starting to brown. Slice and serve immediately.
