Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip


  • 8 oz Amazing Acres Fromagina
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 10 oz chopped spinach (or swiss chard)
  • 15 oz marinated artichoke hearts, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix first 6 items. Spread evenly in a small casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with chips, crackers or crudité.
